The Hanover Thunder organization is made up of 2 competitive girls fastpitch softball teams… Hanover Thunder Red, a second-year 14U team, is managed by David Whitlock. The team has been together for over 3 years and have established themselves as one of the states best. In 2005, they won 2 tournaments and won an incredible 4 out of 10 tournaments entered in 2006. In 2007, they compiled 60-16-2 record with 10 top-2 finishes including 4 tournament victories… Hanover Thunder Blue, a first-year 14U team, managed by Mark Berry, have also had tremendous success. Thunder Blue team won 3 of 4 tournaments in 2005 (10U) and added another 3 tournament championships in 2006. In 2007, they compiled 50 wins and won 2 tournaments...
Hanover Thunder Thanks the Moose!! The Hanover Thunder organization is proud to be sponsored by the Richmond East Moose (Lodge 1947). The support of the Moose has been an integral part of the success of Hanover Thunder. The Thunder family appreciates the opportunity to promote “better places in which to live and raise families” just like the Moose.
